PLEASE READ THIS In this post I will try to explain the best that I can on the tools you will need and what to look for to enhance your viewing experience.

  • Most important thing is to always have and effective antivirus program running when you are surfing the internet if you do not have one installed on your computer you can use Avast its free and works great I have used it for like 5 years now and have never had a problem with malicious content getting through.
Download Free Avast Antivirus http://www.avast.com/en-us/index

  • Browser Choice I recommend either using Mozilla or Google Chrome I have never been a fan of Microsoft Explorer if you do not have either browser the links for the sites to download are below.
Download Free Mozilla Firefox http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/

Download Free Google Chrome https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/browser/

  • Pop Up Ads Next I will address the topic of pop up ads and how best to get rid of and avoid them as best we can.  It has been my experience that the number one thing you can do to avoid these is installing the Ad Block Plus extension for either of the above named browsers.  Below I have included the links to get the Ad Block Plus extension.  You will see a little stop sign somewhere on your browser after it is installed letting you know you are now ready to surf the internet with minimal pop up ads.
Download Free Ad Block Plus For Mozilla Firefox https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/adblock-plus/?src=ss

Download Free Ad Block Plus for Google Chrome https://chrome.google.com/webstore/search-extensions/ad%20block%20plus?utm_campaign=en&utm_source=en-et-na-us-oc-webstrhm&utm_medium=et

  • Highly Recommended The last thing I suggest to download is the VLC Media Player. VLC is the only media player I have found that will play any type of video file types out there without having to install additional codecs to get them to play. It will also enhance your streaming experience on certain video sites too the download link is below.

  • High Speed Internet
If you have made it this far you are now ready to enjoy all that Classic Retro TV Links And More has to offer.  All you need now is access to a high speed internet connection to stream the videos with limited buffering.  Buffering is when ever the video begins or stops mid stream and has to catch up with it self to stream properly again.  Depending on your connections speed and how its acting that day will determine how well the stream works if you are having no problems then you are all set.  Where the stream is coming from and how fast they give it to you will also factor into how well your video plays.  One last note if you are constantly having your videos buffering check your internet speed.  If it is slow and under performing and you feel it should be working better especially if you are paying for a high speed connection.  I suggest to have your internet provider check your connection over the phone or come out and look at your connection at your house.  I personally had this problem and they did a few tweaks and and made a huge difference.

  • Where Are The Video Streams Coming From
I have extensively searched for the best free Classic TV links and Live streams I can find. I have narrowed the best sites as far as easily getting to the videos with minimal or no pop ads are as follows Stagevue YouTube and Hulu (you will still have to watch internal ads on Hulu) so when you click on your favorite shows I recommend going with the links from those 3 sites if they are available this would be my personal preference and user friendly option. Unfortunately you can not always find the video streams on these sites and you must look elsewhere and dig much deeper to find what you are looking for. The site I like to find everything else is Vidics if you click a Vidics link just remember to scroll down to view the highlighted available links then click which episode you want scroll down again and then you will see your options of which streaming video sites are available to click on to watch it. If the link you select does not work (they do not always work) try another one until you get one that does work. Some of the streaming video hosting sites you may see available on Vidics are as follows.

  • Movpod
  • Daclips
  • Gorillavid
  • Sock Share
  • Put Locker
  • Vidbux
  • Movshare
  • Novamov
  • Vureel
  • Vidbull
  • Videoweed
There are many more but these seem to be the main hosting sites out there at the moment. If the show you want is on one of the above sites then I strongly recommend you read the passages below because each one them operates a little differently on how to access the video streams.

  • What To Look For And Things You Do Not Want To Do
First and foremost all the Classic TV links are meant to be enjoyed and viewed for free. If you have done the recommended topics from above or already had them installed then you should NEED NOTHING ELSE to watch the streams.  So if you find yourself on a site that says you need this codec or a plugin is needed DO NOT CLICK THESE LINKS OR ADS (these guys can be tricky to get you to unknowingly click on them) remember you are all set this is usually a ploy to get you to click an ad so they make money on the click or to get you to download something you DO NOT NEED OR WANT ON YOUR COMPUTER so do your best to avoid these if you should click one by accident just make sure to cancel out of it or close the window or cancel whatever it wants you to do as long as your virus protection is on you should be good.

  • One Last Thing To Look For
Sometimes you will have to click and ad that Ad Block Plus has blocked in order to get to the video so you can click the play button to start the playback. You may see a little x on the ad that usually is a blank box sitting on top of the player its OK to click the little x's this gets rid of them and lets you start the video. Sometimes you will also have to click the play button twice (not always) once you are to the actual video to activate the stream and remember not all video streams start instantly sometimes you may have to let it load for a couple minutes at most until it has properly buffered so it can start. There also may be instance where you have to click a Continue button of some form or you may be asked to enter a number or captcha to get the stream to start also. And lastly always choose the free service if asked to choose on your access options always stay away from the Premium Buttons unless you would prefer to pay for there service.  Free is always good in my book.

This is the end of our lesson on watching Classic Retro TV Links And More I hope this tutorial has helped you. If you have further questions please feel free to reply to the thread and I will try and answer your questions as best as I can.
